• This happens if you have previously paired your iOS device then performed a factory reset on Mu-so. Delete the Mu-so from the iOS Bluetooth device list as shown below and pair again. Check that 'secure Bluetooth' is disabled in the naim app Bluetooth settings.
  • 1. Ensure Mu-so is turned on.
  • 2. Touch Settings.
  • 3. Touch Bluetooth.
  • 4. Touch the 'i' next to the unconnected Mu-so.
  • 5. Touch 'Forget this Device'.
  • Then follow the 'Connect Bluetooth device (iOS)' tutorial in the First Time Installation section.
