• This happens if you have previously paired your iOS device then performed a factory reset on Mu-so 2nd Generation. Delete the unit from the iOS Bluetooth device list as shown below and pair again. Check that ‘Open pairing’ is enabled in the Naim app Bluetooth settings.
  • 1. Ensure Mu-so 2nd Generation is turned on.
  • 2. Touch Settings.
  • 3. Touch Bluetooth.
  • 4. Touch the ’i’ next to the unconnected Mu-so 2nd Generation.
  • 5. Touch ’Forget this Device’.
    Then follow the ’Connect Bluetooth device’ tutorial in the First Time Installation section.
