• Take great care when lifting or moving ND555 to access the power, network and audio connections. You should not tilt the ND555 more than a few degrees off horizontal when moving the unit or removing the transit bolts.
  • 1. Ensure that the ND555 is not plugged in to any mains power supply.
  • 2. Connect an Ethernet cable from your router to the Ethernet port on the back of the ND555.
  • 3. Line up the pins correctly and insert the power cables in to the power sockets.
  • 4. Twist the power cable collars to secure the cables in place.
  • 5. Connect the other end of the power cables to the power out ports (Output 1 and Output 2) on the back of the power supply.
    Make sure to line up the pins correctly and twist the power cable collar to secure.
  • 6. Connect the grey strain relief grommet end of the supplied Hi-Line lead (5-pin DIN) in to the DIN Output on the back of the ND555.
    Connect the other end of the Hi-Line lead with the black strain relief grommet, to the desired input socket on your preamplifier.
  • 7. Connect the power cable for the power supply to mains power supply.
  • 8. Press the power button on the power supply, wait for the ND555 to boot up and then press the power button on the ND555.
